I'm a fat, queer, disabled therapist who's passionate about working within my communities. I value lived experience and complete, unapologetic authenticity both for myself and my clients; I invite your whole self into our therapy space, and I will return that authenticity in kind.

My eclectic, integrative approach involves affirmative, deeply humanistic, relational counseling at its core. I am deeply passionate about Geek Therapy and I enjoy integrating geeky interests, storytelling, creativity, and humor into my sessions.

I customize my approach to each client by sprinkling in elements of different modalities including (but not limited to): psychodynamic, narrative therapy, expressive arts therapy, internal family systems (IFS), grief counseling, dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT) and radically open DBT (RO-DBT), Gestalt, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), feminist, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Somatic Experiencing (SE), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR).

I hold certifications in trauma-informed counseling, EMDR, Geek Therapy, and I’m currently undergoing training as a DM running Therapy-Blended TTRPGs.

I work with adults, seniors, teenagers, and pre-teens/tweens, as well as couples/multi-member relationships (polyamory, ENM, etc.). The populations and issues I specialize in: ADHD, LGBTQ issues including gender-affirming care for transgender, nonbinary, and GNC folks, trauma (PTSD and CPTSD), chronic illness/disability (immunocompromised, covid-conscious, cancer/degenerative and terminal illnesses, etc.), fat liberation and body image, kink and sexuality, grief and loss, and therapy for therapists.
