Alivia Smith
BS, Quincy UniversityAs a pre-licensed counselor, I strive to create a safe, comfortable, and judgment-free space where clients can feel accepted for who they are. I believe that counseling is a collaborative process, and I want my clients to feel heard, respected, and supported as they work through challenges and discover their own strengths. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) framework to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors and develop practical tools for managing challenges. My goal is to meet each client where they are, build a trusting therapeutic relationship, and work together toward meaningful and lasting change. I believe that seeking counseling takes courage, and I am honored to support clients throughout that process.
